Turning Mummy IT-Savy

So lazy to blog. Hehe. Esp when I am updating both my FB and Twitter a/c most of the time instead.

Been pouring heavily these few days. Got my PH leave today. Stayed at home cuz yearn to spend time with family and Baby. I've been good. Been having dinner with parents everytime too whenever I work morning shift.

Let Mum use my laptop for the 1st time today to watch her fav Taiwan drama online. She's so glee lah cuz dun have to wait till weekends for the show to be casted on TV. Ended up glued to my screen from 130pm - 1030pm, away only to prepare dinner and have her meal. Then she's back to the show again. Drama serials are scarily addictive! And so, I'm only able to online at night after she's done for the day and time to sleep. LoL. I'm not complaining! Training her to be IT-SAVY lah =X

Tml will travel all the way to Pasir Ris to meet Cass and we're heading to IKEA. I'm off tml as well. Wanted to go get something to organize my shitloads of shoes. Think I have 20-30++ pairs of shoes hidden in my wardrobe. And since most of time I'm lazy to dig them out, some were still brand new and laying there for ages and I will continue adding new ones to my collection. But end up I always wear the same few cuz will chuck the new one into my wardrobe as well. Haha. Out of sight = out of mind. I must do something already! Hehe.

Pouring these few days as well. Shiok lah if can snuggle in bed @ home. Hopfully dun rain when Im out!

This comin Fri and following Tues I will be off again. Shall be meeting Tessa and Pauline on both days. This Fri we will be going to City Plaza, a place I always wanted to go shop. Heard many cheap and good buys there.

On Tues, we shall be heading down to Sentosa! Not gonna visit Casino or Universal Studio though. Too exp! Wanted to patronise Victoria Secret!

My offs all fully booked! Hehe. Once a while, I juz wanna stay home. But I will try make time for gfs when Im not too tired too.

Though Im single, life is good. Im always occupied with my precious gfs and family. Im contented =D

Went to MSia last Sat with Cass + bf, Fira + ex-bf. Quite fun. It's a pity Pandan City sells boring stuff. Purchases at City Square made up for it fortunately.

Went prawning with Cass + bf @ Pasir Ris when we reached SG. I really condemn that place and not going back there le! Cuz twice I was there, twice I did not manage to catch one single prawn. Angry or not?! Sian lor. I would have pretty much prefer Bishan leh. Higher chance to catch there. LoL.

Going back to search for more melodies online to d/l into my laptop. Might consider getting another mp3 player soon since my old one not working anymore.

So many things to buy, so lil money!

Back Next Week

Finally flying off to Bkk tml! Luggage and stuff are more or less packed already. Babes, let's meet up when Im back! So many gfs to meet up yet so lil time.

Job Marathon N COuntin DOwn to Thai Trip!

I've finally purchased my very own laptop and am able to come online as and when I like now but yet I've not been blogging. Reason is that Im really tooo busy with work!

I was off on Tues and by right the next off will be on Sat. However, SEP is holding a warehouse sale @ Suntec and staff at my store were forced to sacrifice one of our offdays and help out. They wanted everyone of us to have the experience of selling at fair and so! I gotta work from this Tues all the way till next Thurs, which I've applied half day leave. My trip will be the next day, Fri. OMG! Work marathon for 8 and half days straight without anymore off till my trip! What a nightmare!

At times. No, it should be everytime.. my co really dun see us as human.

Imagine.

Dinner break for night shift as early as 1-2pm. And we gotta work till 930-10pm.

Forcefully taking away our offday without seeking our approval and as a result, I gotta work almost 9 days straight.

Made us work afternoon shift and then morning shift the next day. My poor knee really cannot take it cuz not enuff rest and must stand for soo long hours.

Made us go for meetin as early as 9am, those working night shift suay lah! Must tahan all the way till night. Dammit, I kena twice b4.

If unable to hit at least 70% of target, we dun get any comm at all.

Must tie hair, use black accessories, no scrunches for hair... Worse than Pri school. At least they have more choices of colors. And I HATE tying my hair! Will leave a mark!! They have a long list of rules which I cant be bothered to list out.

etc etc etc.

Okie Okie. I did complain alot of my job and I did went on a job search but have yet found a better one thus Im still with SEP. However, Im so elated that I got bonus after all!!! They dragged till yest then handed us the bonus letter. Sooo glad the money came in handy at this time. My SONY VAIO laptop became free! Yipeee!!!!

Counting down to my Thai trip next Fri. I can hardly wait to travel with Tessa! Shopping @ BKK! Here I come! Hopefully the stupid protest there will be over by then! Stinky gruesome blood splashed across buildings of the parliament. Such a waste of blood. Why not use them to help others?

I cracked a joke to Tessa over msn. I said the mosquitoes there surely happy liao. LoL. Food everywhere for them!

Im Finally Online N Bloggin!

Have not been blogging cuz Im unable to come online. Stupid bro damaged both his desktop and his gf's laptop. He got his desktop repaired but as it's in his room, I cant use most of the time too, esp at night.

Right now, Im typing on my bro-in-law's netbook. Sis stayed over our place as her hubby went reservist thus I asked her bring her lappy over so I can use. God, netbook is so small, Im having problem typing on it. Anyway, they loan me for a week lah so at least Im able to surf the net now after soo long.

Had training today tho it's my off. Sooo cold at Claymore office that I had severe gastric pain after that. It happened to me the previous training too. Pain was so intense that I needed to pop 2 extra strong panadols immediately. Soo weird! I thought gastric pain occured only when one did not consume enuff food? Din know being too cold also will make the gastric hurt.

And something maddening happened. One bitch from ION bad mouth me in her FB after our training today. Juz becuz I pointed out a mistake after her role play that she needs to talk bad bout me in her shoutout? Tho she din state name but I KNOW she's referring to me. She was saying stuff like she hate pple who act like they know everything, like act smart during training. Machaim I wanna the whole world to know that Im clever....

OMG!!! Soo childish and immature despite the fact she's 30! Her brain is like her face. CHILDISH!SHALLOW!

Fyi, I din say anythin bad what! It's a training and we're suppose to point out the gd and bad of one another's role play. I merely pointed that the cust wanted eye cream for wrinkles but she emphasis on dark rings and puffiness instead. Liddat only! Duhzzz!

And for HER info, Im not god and I cant know everything. I only know MORE THAN HER cuz I've been around the store since the very beginning! Dun forget that U were juz a cashier before this! So what U got promoted to senior like me? Im from the PIONEER batch, you are not! I have more knowledge and experience than you. It's a fact and learn to accept other's feedback and suggestion!

I also feel that she's just plain jealous cuz my role play was the only perfect one acted out. Sonia was full of praises of me, no negative feedback on me at all.

Anyway, I've deleted that bitch from my list lah. Really cant be bothered with stupid pple like her.

Did not purchase anything (except my panadol lah!) at Far East when I met Alicia after my training. Going for my Thai trip end of mth and Im soo looking forward! Will shop there instead!

Sooo many frenz wanting to meet up with me yet I have soo lil time. Im coming up with a frenz list soon! Pple whom I must meet up with cuz haven't seen them for soo long le! Like Fion, Cass, Kani, Gelly.. etc.

Qi's getting married next month too! Finally receive the bomb from her after so many years. Feel happy for her. Glad she has made up her mind to settle down le. At our age, yah.. it's time already.

As for me?

Im seeing no one now.

Im not looking forward to one either.

Nearing 330am le. Going Ivanna's home with Fira tml. At Punggol. That's so ULU and far. Ivanna's a transexual but I love that bitch alot. Miss working with her.

Will spend my valuable time from now onwards with my family and lovely gfs. I dun have time for heartless men out there.

今天是大年初一， 祝大家在虎年里事业进步，财运滚滚来！HUAT AH!

While everyone is dressed in their best on this day of the year, going home visiting, collecting or distributing ang paos and gathering with their loved ones, I juz woke up from my beauty nap... It has become a daily routine for me now. Wake up, have my lunch, feeling full and sleepy, then going back for more sleep. LoL.

Parents already left for their Taiwan trip last night. Bro went back to Msia with his gf yest morning too. Supposedly I will be at home alone with Baby. However Mum has asked Sis n her hubby to move in to my place these 2 days so that I wun be alone. Duhzz. Im not a kid anymore lah! I can be at home alone!!

Anyway, we ordered Pastamania for lunch. I paid for most of it. Aiya, 随便lah. They also not very well-to-do now. Still need to give so many red packets to the kids at my bro-in-law side. I didnt expect them to give me so much for my red packet too. They even gave one to BABY!! Will get my BABY some dog snacks with the money next time. Right now, the couple has gone to the hubby-in-law side to 拜年 and will be back later at night. What should I have for dinner later??

Everyday I would come online with nothing better to do. At times juz staring at the PC screen, wondering which site to visit. My 6 days of break coming to an end soon, returning to work on Tues. Sianzzz. Really dun feel like working there anymore.


Caught a dog movie online; *Hachiko, A Dog Story*.

A must watch for dogs lover. A movie based on a true story.. Simple plot yet can touch me to tears.

The story says that in the 1920's, a professor who taught at Tokyo University kept this small Akita dog named Hachiko. Hachiko accompanied the professor to Shibuya station every morning, and then awaited his arrival in the afternoon. One day the professor died of a stroke and never came back. But Hachiko came to the station every day for 10 years to wait for his master's arrival till it aged and died at the spot where it always waited for the owner.

AND this my dear readers, is the statue of real Hachiko!

It's A New Month!

Poor right knee aching again. Guess I have been standing too much, too long. It's protesting to me. Nearly cramp when I was on my way home juz now. I can hardly sit still right now. It aches so much (it's always my right knee havin prob) that I gotta kept on bending my knee, hear the loud cracking sounds of my brittle bone and hammered it hard with my fist. It's that bad =(

My aunt and her family dropped by my work place today. Was really surprised when I saw her step in. Cousin and his gf often drop by to purchase from me thus he brought his parents to check out my work place as they were at Orchard at that time.

I really dunno what to say to my aunt lah cuz it was too sudden. A tad paiseh also cuz Im in my uniform... Then I said something stupid. I didnt notice at first only after she said a loud "HUH?" and looked kinda confused...

I asked her if they were there to get Xmas goodies...

I wanted to say Chinese New Year lor...

Anyway, they left and came back few hours later. Cousin's gf passed me something which she bought for me...

It's pineapple cheese tart! Though the taste of cheese is not strong, overall it's super yummy! They bought it at the TAKA fair at B2. Am tempted to get some for my sis and more to share with my family. Will check out the price tml.

Finally get to chat with Cass online tonight! We seldom meet up cuz both are busy with work etc. Never expect her to be still reading my blog. LoL. Thought no soul reading. Thru my blog, at least friends whom I hardly meet up can know what I've been up to, whether I've been naughty or nice. Hurhur.

Really happy to be able to talk to her. First thing she asked was of my r/s cuz she read my entry... And yes my dear girl, this time round is CONFIRM no turning back so dun worry yeah! Appreciate her support for whatever decisions I've made everytime. She didnt give me any stress at all for the choices I've taken thus am able to confide lotsa stuff to her. Definitely one of my bffs whom I treasured alot. Though we met up once a blue moon but we knew that we will be there for each other no matter what happen!

And dun forget our date and go take mc!!! Haha!

I looked horrible in the pic. My hair sucks.

Been injuring myself these days, clumsy me! Got a huge orrh chey (bruise) on my right leg when I accidentally knocked into my counter's drawer @ work. Super painful! Swelled up and it looked horrendous on my fair skin. Luckily it's slowly healing le. I gotta slap lotsa concealer atop of the fugly mark if I were to wear shorts. Sianzz!

I dun intend to stay for long though. At most will be gone in an hour's time when the speech by Sep SG president and awards giving ceremony are over. Heard LV bags & sunglasses are the prizes! For the top sales staff or whatsoever! Anyway is none of my biz lah. My SM is prejudice against me you see.....

Meeting Up With My Darlingz

It's new year eve tml! OMG, time really flies. SoOo fast marks the end of year 2009, a new year beginning in just less than 24hrs away. Haizz. How come when everyone tells me next year will be a better year, it always turns out to be worse? Wondering what awaits me in 2010 =X

Met up with my dear darlings, Pauline and Tessa in the evening for dinner @ Novena. I'm simply too lazy to go far and it definitely will be crowded in town. I need to pass Pauline her MUFE powder. I know she can't wait to lay her hands on it!

I also purposely dressed up (ahem, with thick make-up, falsies etc) though we're meeting at a place so near my home cuz we wanna take pics! Tessa whom I've known since P4 asked me to bring my camera. We have never taken a pic together before! Except when we were still in pri school lah..

And so! Dinner @ Waraku!

I'm catching Avatar(3D) tml noon. Heard the movie's a must watch! But then again, comments that the 3D version makes one dizzy due to the actions and backgrounds... Already booked the tickets online so no point pondering over it.

Already made plans to celebrate my new year eve. Not revealing here where I will be though.. SSsshhhhh~~

5 Days Of Break = ShiOk!

Last week was 汤圆节. Ok, I dunno the exact name for the occassion but it's a day when one eats TangYuan and becomes one year older. When Im still a lil girl, Mum would always buy the pink and white stuff that we would roll them into lil balls with my siblings. It was so fun! But nowadays, everything is ready-made.

Nevertheless, it was still yummy!

There's this very thick-skin gf I have who came down to my store to look for me recently. I cannot stand her cuz she's always flyin me planes whenever we're supposed to meet. Juz made me feel that she's using me whenever she's down. Not once, not twice but so many times that I've lost count of.

I've given her enough chances but I've reached my limit already. Been avoiding her calls ever since and now she got the cheek to appear in front of me at my work place. I will not be nasty in her presence. My ego is not so low. Although she has initiated the first move to look for me, don't expect me to return the favor. People like her, not worth my time.

My long holiday of 5 days has officially started! Today I intend to simply stay home, rest, slack and relax. Away from the rowdy crowd, away from the bustling city... Coming online, watching my Korean drama on dvds at home... Peace is bliss!

Visited the dentist on last Sat and realised that my fillings and part of my tooth broke. One darn tooth actually made me $83 poorer! OMG. So expensive!! I still gotta do my waxing tml. Hope my pay comes in soon!

On a lighter note, see how cute my Baby was, guarding her leash and falling asleep on it. The leash is her most precious possession. Whenever we go near her, she will growl and bark at us while protecting her leash. LoL, My silly Baby!

A Tiring Day

Was on morning shift today yet I hardly slept. I didn't sleep well last night cuz Baby kept scratching non-stop. My bad, it might be due to the fact that I did not bathe her properly yesterday. Seeing her so miserable made me guilty.... Mom bathed her again today. Still scratching but slightly better.

It was so busy for me @ work too! So much replenishing to be done and Sephora makeup was disastrous! Brands I ordered came in boxes too. It was a race against time to get the store ready before the crowd started coming in. Two hours later when it was finally operating time, I'm weary already. Duhzz!

Met Fion after I knocked off as she wanted to pass me the lens I ordered from her and me in return gotta pass her the Xmas gift too!




I guess I've been wearing my lens for too long hours that my eyes started feeling discomfort and painful. Of all days I did not bring my case out with me...

After dinner, we shopped around Taka and Paragon. I bought towels while she spent most of her time purchasing and deciding on the furniture for her new home. Meanwhile, her eyes kept flitting to the numerous pretty makeup sets as well.

I knew from her blog that she already bought a few palettes le and really dun wish for her to waste her money since her makeup can last her a long time. Thus I purposely be the bad guy and threw in sarcastic remarks when she started gushing on how nice this and that was. She didn't get any eventually! Hehe. Sorry lah, I really dun wish for you to have impulse buying for something that you already have so many. Dun waste the money girl! I rather you invest them in your new home instead ahh!

As she would be meeting her other frenz for MJ after that at 9 plus, I tolerated the pain in my eyes and kept applying eye drops in order to accompany her and wait till her fren fetch her. Once we parted, I couldn't take it anymore in the train and threw away my lens immediately. My right eye (again!) became bloodshot. It's still sore now. Haizz. There goes my second monthly pair in this month. 好心痛啊！

Small Alicia came down my store to look for me yesterday and today but to no avail. I was off yesterday and already told her to inform me beforehand if she's coming down. She did not heed my advice and came down again today but I was off duty le. Why she never learn her lesson and heed my advice de? LoL! Most of my frenz who came looking for me mostly did not manage to see me there cuz I'm always so suay not working at that point of time. Thus I really hope you guyz can text me first before making your way down in vain in future okie!

Kai has brought down my MUFE HD loose powder and Kabuki brush today! Excited and I can't wait to try it out! I bet Pauline is bursting with happiness that the stock is finally here after so long too! Love Love!

It's My Off Day

I'm suffering from skin allergy. Rashes, itchiness and redness surfaced on every inch of my body esp on my arms and legs! All those unsightly huge patches of red are so obvious when I'm a person who loves wearing hot shorts! It's all due to my Baby lor. She's changing fur and my super sensitive skin cannot take it.

Not only that, I'm having sore right eye like on every single day too! 真的是祸不单行！Ahh yes, as I'm typing this entry right now, it's a lil red and swollen too. It might be due to Baby too. Or perhaps not. It might juz be a relapse of my eye infection. Only that it was on my left the last time. Now it's on the right.

My dear MUFE (MakeUp Forever) colleague, Kai juz came back from her trip and she gave me a lil gift yesterday @ work. It's a cute Mickey Mouse necklace watch from HK DisneyLand!

She gave me a few to choose from including the normal wrist strap kind and I chose this! Cute and unique! Thank U Kai Kai!

And did anyone notice my nice pastel violet nails I have? I love the shade, it's soo chio! (The colors appeared in the pics are a lil' lighter than the actual color) It's from OPI and my store's selling. We lurve to paint our nails pretty when there's low traffic in the store at night. No need waste money buying nail polish and we get to change colors every now and then! WeeeEeeee~!!

Tml is Sephora @ Ngee Ann City's 1 year anniversary. Time flies! We are officialy 1 year old!! Will be on morning shift leh, gotta wake up freaking early as usual. Heard there will be free chocolates and candy floss for customers... YumMy! I heart candy floss! Soft, fluffy and sweet! Will put on more glitterly makeup. Surely an extremely hectic day it will be!

Christmas is exactly one week from now. I have already bought a few gifts for my dearest family and frenz. Will be getting a few more perhapz...

XiaXue Got Engaged!

Okok, I know that my blog music is a tad too loud so kindly adjust in the player yeah! Cuz I cant set the volume and I dun like my site to be dead silence. Stop it if you dun like the songs!

And everyone should have known by now that our local blogger queen Xiaxue just got engaged to her angmoh bf, Mike! She's really a lucky gal with an extraordinary blogging career that made her a celebrity and enjoying lotsa sponsorships from skincare, trips (her local HK Disneyland one made me feel like visiting too!), IT products, etc. Earning big bucks easily from working at home in front of her laptop made her a really wealthy girl for her age! And her really cute & suave looking bf and celebrity friends just simply made people envy her.

And now her finally tying the knot with her beau somehow made me feel happy for her too. Her life is like a fairytale comes true. Though she has so many haters, she has more supporters too. For she is at least more genuine, a girl who is bold enough to speak her mind.

I do read her blog once a while and her entries never fail to entertain me.

Dear frenz, Im BACK!

Finally after so long of hiatus, Im back to blogging once more. Ceased blogging as the cyberspace aint accessible to me due to the lack of a desk/laptop. Had to rely on bro/his gf's computers in order to surf the net. That is so inconvenient!

Even though Im still typing on a keypad that dun belong to me, but hopefully I will get my very own lappy soon! Perhaps before this year comes to an end!

Another reason to the start of this blog is to act as a platform for me to sell stuff which I dun need/use, eg. Skincare, cosmetics, clothes, etc etc.

I will try to update whenever I can lah.

Most of the time, I was twitting instead. So if u guyz have twitter, twit me!

Xmas & new yr are around the corner. Wondering how I will spend them.

I will be working night shifts (Super sianzz can!) on both eve & Xmas day.
